It’s always good to remind ourselves of our mission…To exalt Christ by fostering an environment that allows people to become mature, authentic followers of Jesus Christ. (Matt. 28:18-20; Acts 2:42-47; 2 Tim. 2:2)
How are you participating in the mission? We are so thankful for the small group ministry the Lord has raised up here at Silverdale to help accomplish our mission. Are you actively and faithfully involved in a small group? Are you investing your life in others to help them become Jesus’ followers?
Our C3 Small Group Summit is November 16-20, just a couple weeks away. Jay McSwain, founder of PLACE Ministries and chaplain of the Atlanta Braves, will be our keynote speaker to help equip us. You will be challenged to find your PLACE in the Kingdom in reaching others. You will be given the opportunity to be trained to assist in leading a small group and helping others find their PLACE.
You will discover this key truth…You find your life when you give it away in reaching others (Matt. 16:25)!
